tary to the Wesleyan Army and Navy Committee, in
reference to your despatch No.243 of the 23rd of November last, on the subject of the grant of a site to the Wesleyan Methodist Church for a Soldiers' and Sailors' Home at Hong Kong.
You will perceive from the unclosed letter that the Committee asks that a reduction may be made in the price proposed in your despatch.
